GeoTest, Inc. is a leading Wisconsin geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing laboratory. We are ISO/IEC 17025 and WisDOT accredited. We have laboratories in West Allis and Madison. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team – and your role is key to the success of GeoTest. Our firm is seeking a Project Engineer with technical skills to work with our staff of geotechnical engineers performing engineering analyses, managing geotechnical engineering projects, and preparing and reviewing engineering reports and proposals. On the Job
- Work is generally Mon-Fri between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Employee could be located in our Milwaukee or Madison office, although occasional daily travel between locations may be necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a geotechnical engineer.
- Good driving record and valid WI driver’s license.
- Must pass pre-employment, non-DOT drug screening.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Preferences
- Experience to include geotechnical aspects of slope stability analyses, building foundations/deep foundations, soil improvement, and familiarity with advanced geotechnical testing and geotechnical exploration methods.
- Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
- Wisconsin PE
Pay and Benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year, Bonus opportunities, Pay is based on level of prior experience.
- Expected hours: 45 – 50 hours per week.
